The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated away from all the craziness down by the beach. It is a 10-minute walk to the bus stop where you can easily get a bus to the water park or other places....  

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including English style. The room was well-maintained and appliances worked properly. The hotel's location on the edge of the Old Town allowed for easy access to traditional restaurants....

The location was perfect, as it was close to all the excitement but still allowed for a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel had a lively vibe, which added to the fun of the holiday. There were plenty of activities to do, including the Malia Rocks paint party, which was a must-try experience. The hotel was also within walking distance of local shops, supermarkets, and authentic Greek restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall cleanliness of the apartments was satisfactory. Despite some minor inconveniences like noise and limited cooking facilities, I would definitely recommend this hotel to young travelers looking for a great time away from the main Malia strip. I had one of the best holidays and would love to visit again.

We also tried out some fantastic restaurants nearby and enjoyed the delicious traditional food. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. the pool was well-maintained, and we enjoyed lounging by it on lazy afternoons.

The price for drinks at the pool bar was a bit expensive - we found cocktails cost more than in other places.

We recently stayed at Bella Elena in Malia for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for our needs. The location was ideal, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and the city center within a short distance. The private parking was a huge plus, ensuring we had a place to park our car. Bella Elena provided excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location.

I recently had the most amazing stay at a hotel in Crete. The location was perfect, situated in the old town area with only a 5-minute walk to the center. It was a nice quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle. Additionally, the hotel offered great value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering all the amenities they provided. The rooms were basic but had nice furniture and twin beds. And let me tell you, the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking! I could see the majestic mountains right from my window. The hotel also offered breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault a single thing.

The basic amenities in our room were sufficient, and we were pleasantly surprised to find twin beds with the most amazing view of the mountains. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and offered a variety of options to start our day.

The room's air conditioning unit was extra , which we found uncomfortable during the hot summer nights. we left the windows open, which helped to cool down the room.
